We are pleased to offer you several convenient ways to pay your business’ utility bill, including traditional and e-checks, bank drafts and credit cards (dropbox, kiosk, portal and phone). Should your payment be returned to CPU for any reason, we will charge a $25 fee and attempt to contact you at the phone number on your account. You then will have three business days to take care of the balance on your bill. If we are unable to reach you via phone, we will place a door hanger at your service address notifying you that action is needed.
