Residential

If you no longer have water, we are happy to reconnect your service. Be sure that your previous bill is paid in full and that you bring a photo ID when meeting with one of our customer service representatives at 416 Third Street between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. A deposit may be required.

After an account has been closed due to non-payment, all funds, including deposits and refunds, will be applied against amounts owed to Clarksdale Public Utilities 30 days from date of close. If there is a credit balance on the account, the accounting department will issue a refund to the customer-owner.

If it has been more than six months since you’ve had CPU services, you also need to bring a new copy of your deed or an updated lease agreement showing your residence at that service address.
