For this application, an industrial customer is defined as one who processes raw materials into finished products for wholesale markets and whose loads each month are not less than 200 kilowatts.

Not applicable to temporary, breakdown, standby or supplementary service.

This rate is available to cotton gins for purchase of their entire power requirements from the Company and is applicable to electric service other than separately metered light and miscellaneous office electric load furnished to the cotton gin. Customer's operating season will start October 1st of each year and shall not be for a period of less than three (3) months, and not last longer than eight (8) months.

FACILITY CHARGE

The annual facility charge shall be 10 percent of the installed cost to Distributor's electric system of the facilities devoted to street light service. Such installed cost shall be recomputed on October 1 of each year, or more often if substantial changes in the facilities are made. Each month, one-twelfth of the then total annual facility charge shall be billed to the customer. If any part of the facilities has not been provided at the electric system's expense or if the installed cost of any portion thereof is reflected on the books of another municipality or agency or department, the annual facility charge shall be adjusted to reflect properly the remaining cost to be borne by the electric system.

Replacement of Lamps and Related Glassware - Street and Park Lighting.

Distributor shall bill the customer monthly for such replacements during each month at Distributor's cost of materials, including appropriate storeroom expense.

Clarksdale Public Utilities will provide at its expense all necessary labor and materials for repairs and maintenance, including lamp replacements (except lamp and fixture breakage), of service hereunder within a reasonable length of time after notice is given to CPU by the Customer of needed repairs or maintenance.

All facilities owned by CPU related to the Agreement shall remain the property of CPU and Customer hereby grants to CPU the right to enter and use the Customer's premises as necessary for the installation, maintenance, and removal of such facilities.

PAYMENT

APPLICATION

To all locations with electricity supplied to wireless internet, camera and other small devices that are not metered.

Service is for the use of a wireless internet service provider, or any other entity placing cameras or any other small devices on poles or other structures and are not metered, and the power and energy supplied shall not be resold or shared with others. Not applicable to standby or supplementary service or for commercial purposes.

NET MONTHLY RATE

The net monthly rate shall be $5.00 per device/camera or as calculated below, whichever is greater.

The net monthly usage for each device shall be calculated as follows:

Wireless internet service provider or any other entity placing cameras, or any other small devices will provide at its expense all necessary labor and materials for installation, repairs and maintenance in accord with industry and CPU safety standards.

Water service is available for delivery at points on existing water distribution system of the Water Department within one mile of the corporate limits of the City of Clarksdale.

APPLICATION

To any rural non-profit Water Association outside the Corporate Limits of Clarksdale, beyond the reach of firefighting capability of the system for resale to its members only.

NET MONTHLY RATE

CUSTOMER CHARGE $208.75 per month

PLUS all additional Tgal $1.50 per Tgal

ADJUSTMENTS

First - This rate is based on a maximum of 25 member-customers. The Utility reserves the right to change the Minimum Bill quantity and cost when that number of member-customers is exceeded.

Second - The Utility reserves the right to apply to this rate any applicable proportionate part of any tax, impost or assessment imposed or levied by any governmental authority.

ADJUSTMENTS

(1) Rate WC-2 - When two or more buildings or business units are supplied through one meter, the customer charge will be increased $17.25 for each separate building or business unit.

(2) Rate WC-5 - Where customer is located outside the corporate limits of Clarksdale the monthly charge included in Rate WC and WC-2 above shall be increased 100%.

ADJUSTMENTS

(1) Rate WR-2 - When two or more dwelling units are supplied through one meter, the minimum bill will be increased $12.75 for each separate building or unit.

(2) Rate WR-5 - Where customer is located outside the corporate limits of Clarksdale the monthly charge included in Rate WR and WR-2 above shall be increased 100%.

Customer shall be charged a monthly rate for sewer service based upon consumption of water, as determined by periodic readings of the water meter and charged for actual usage as follows:

2. In the event that the dwelling unit of the residential customer is located outside the corporate limits of the City of Clarksdale, the charges set forth in this section shall be increased by 100%.

A large industrial customer of the City is defined as one who processes raw materials into finished products for wholesale markets, and whose water requirements each month are not less than five hundred thousand (500,000) gallons.

APPLICATION

Customers shall be charged a monthly rate based upon consumption of water, as determined by periodic readings of the water meters, and charged for actual usage.

NET MONTHLY RATE

CUSTOMER CHARGE $1635.50 per month

ADJUSTMENTS

1. In the event that a large industrial sewer customer is situated outside the corporate limits of the City of Clarksdale, that customer's minimum bill shall be increased by 50% calculated by using the rates set forth hereinabove.

2. In the event that the industrial sewer customer discharges into the sewer collection system sewage that is stronger than normal or which contains chemicals or other material which make treatment more expensive or more difficult, the City may require special action, including pretreatment, or additional payment by the customer, or such other action as may be determined by the Board of Mayor and Commissioners of the City of Clarksdale to be in the best interests of the municipality.
